It's okay to take time for you
Please make time for yourself.
Every. Single. Day.
Be proactive with listening to your body, your mind, your needs…drop the guilt and shame. Remember, it’s OK and necessary to take time for yourself.
First set the time each day. Start with at least 10 minutes each day and add more time as needed.
Make a list of what will help to recharge you…
Some examples:
Rolling out your yoga mat, stretching and doing some breathwork
journaling
listening to your favorite podcast
catching up on your favorite youtuber episodes…for me that’s Bailey Sarian
