Letter to Self

Ok kids, a little real talk here:

While lifting others up, every so often, I find myself needing a boost of encouragement/motivation too or just some kind words.

Do you ever feel this way?

I’ve practiced this letter/notes to self for quite a few years now and it really helps me on the days where I’m feeling… all the heavy feels.

There’s no right or wrong way to do this. It can be as simple as a message on a sticky note or in your phone. Keep it in a safe place and read on the days you need to be uplifted the most.

Before I write, I like to pay extra attention to how I’m feeling… and without self judgement, I take it a step further and address any fears, insecurities, etc…

I then ask myself "ok, now what words would I share if it weren’t me?

Sometimes it helps to me to write more intentionally this way.

It can be as simple as:

“Hey beautiful, it’s going to be ok.”

It’s a love note/letter to yourself friends. On the days you need a little extra love.
